Access Canberra provides information, payments, services and emergency support to the ACT community on behalf of ACT Government agencies. Access Canberra is known through its service operations - Access Canberra Shopfronts, Access Canberra Contact Centre (13 22 81), and Access Canberra online. In addition, Access Canberra also supports whole of government arrangements for Australia Post BillPay, BPay and eLockbox. FOI requests relating to Access Canberra are sent to the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate.
