As per the attached email, the applicant advises they did not receive a copy of the Department of Veterans' Affairs’ (Agency’s) decision of 11 December 2024 as the secure link was not accessible. Further, the applicant contends the documents should be released to the Right to Know webpage.
Action required by close of business 12 June 2025
We require the agency to provide the applicant with a copy of the decision and documents for release, in an accessible format, by close of business 12 June 2025.
