We advise that a revised decision under section 55G of the FOI Act has been made and issued to the applicant today, along with eleven documents as agreed to be released. Please see correspondence to the applicant attached. Please let us know if you would like the other two tranches of the documents provided to the applicant at this stage.

 

We anticipate that the applicant is willing to withdraw the request for IC review per the proposed approach agreed between the applicant and Finance.

 

As such, we seek an extension of time to provide submissions to Friday 23 May 2025 to enable time for the applicant to consider the section 55G decision and advise whether they intend to withdraw or proceed with their IC review.
