You can apply for access to documents held by Council under the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) (RTI Act).

 

Please note, the requested documents may require Council to create a customised and specific report (a document).  In this instance, the documents requested do not exist at the time of your application and would most likely be refused under the RTI Act.

The application fee for 2024/25 is $55.75 which is prescribed by the Queensland State Government. Once we receive your application we will contact you regarding payment of this fee.  Important! A surcharge of 0.11% applies to all debit, credit and EFTPOS payments made to Council.

Your completed application form can be submitted:

o    In person - at one of our Customer Services Centres; or

o    Via email - email the completed form to [email address]
