The FOI request can be viewed here - https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/audit_of_aat_matters#outgoing-27032 I submitted this request on 28 August 2024 - almost nine months ago - and I am still waitiing for a response letter. The NDIA has far exceeded its statutory timeframe for providing me with a response. This is totally unacceptable. Yours faithfully, David Wright ------------------------------------------------------------------- Please use this email address for all replies to this request: [FOI #13162 email] Is [OAIC request email] the wrong address for Freedom of Information requests to Office of the Australian Information Commissioner?
