Dear Office of the Australian Information Commissioner,

I hereby request an external review from the Office of the Australian Commissioner (OAIC) of the NDIA's response to my FOI request 24.25 1232 - see https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/average_cost_to_the_ndia_in_resp_2#outgoing-27174

The agency only provided some of the requested information to me. The decision document provides a breakdown of the average external spend per matter only for the second part of my request, but it has not provided the corresponding information breakdown that I requested in relation to the first part of my request.

I have three times sought to follow up this information from the agency, by email on 18 April 2025, 7 May 2025 and 12 May 2025.  All of these emails have been ignored.
