o Breakdown by month or year

How is this regarded as "successful"? Where is the answer to the question ? I would dearly like to know. I bet London to a brick that there was a sharp upturn when they scrapped the rego stickers. I just got done ($697!!!!) for having a unregistered trailer (just a 6x4 light box trailer). I was sure I had paid it. Gee if only the RMS sent a sticker or something so you had a constant reminder...
