Hi Dan

I’ve sent through a formal acknowledgement of your internal reviews to your ‘right to know’ email address. My apologies in the lateness of following up on your email of the 22nd September 2016. Determinations on your internal reviews are currently being worked on.

With regards to your request to send determinations to the new email address, I am certainly happy to oblige, and will ensure that all future determinations will be directed there. However, it is our preference to continue using SecureFile to send determinations; it has a better receipt function and also allows us to send large files. Could you please advise your concerns with the use of SecureFile, so I can take those into consideration?

Kind regards

Fiona

Subject: Internal Review confirmation?

To DPC's FOI team:

Could you please confirm that my request for an Internal Review for 3 FoI's lodged back in April this year have been received and are being acted upon?

I emailed the DPC FOI unit address, from another email address at
RightToKnow.org.au making the request for an internal review.

Yours sincerely,

Dan
