Anyone who will be absent at that time is requested to contact me by 10 am tomorrow Wednesday 10 December to arrange a method by which he/she can vote. The ballot box will be sealed before any votes are inserted. The seal will be verified by me and the staff scrutineer (Marc Boisseau, who has been nominated by your bargaining representatives). The vote will be held in the conference room. Each voter will sign for his/her ballot paper, mark the vote and place the vote into the ballot box. The voting paper is not to leave the conference room. Absentee voting has been arranged with known absentees. The process has been agreed by, and will be monitored by, the staff scrutineer.
