 We are in receipt of your FOI request received by our Department on 21  December 2017 and transferred to us under s.16 of the FOI Act on 2 January  2018. I am advised that a decision on your request is currently due by 20  January 2018.



 I request your agreement under s.15AA of the FOI Act to an extension of  time to Friday 2 February 2018. I anticipate that this two week extension  will enable sufficient time for your request to be processed and a  decision sent to you.
