Please be advised that the notice of intention to refuse is not a decision. In the notice, you are invited to revise the scope of request because the work to process your request would involve substantial and unreasonable diversion of the department's resources.

 

We note that you have revised the scope of your request in the attached email as follow:

 

“…documents which can be accessed within 7 hours of decision making and processing time used by the department on the update of the guidance publication: "ICT and the R&D Tax Incentive" dated Jan 2017”.

 

We will consider your revised request and you will be notified whether the scope of your request has been sufficiently refined.
