Program
Timing
By 30 November 2018 to allow the Department of Home Affairs to plan for and
allocate the necessary resources to deliver the Program for 2018-19.
Re commendations
That you:
1. note the size of the 2018-19 Humanitarian Program is set by
eplease discuss
legislative instrument at 18,750 places;
2. agree to settings for the offshore and onshore programs:
a) 17,100 offshore places, with:
i.
9,458 in the refugee stream;
not agreed
ii.
6,642 in the Special Humanitarian Program (SHP);

iii.
1,000 in the Community Support Program (CSP);
b) the remaining 1,650 places for people who arrive in
Australia lawfully and engage Australia's international
