The revised list of information I am seeking in relation to my right to know application follows.

1.      Declarations of interest for the Administrator Richard Pearson, General Manager Rick Hart, Directors Peter Gainsford, Michael Zimoulas, John Warbourtane, Elizabeth Richardson and all information technology managers
2.      Copies of adhoc disclosures of interest relating to the supplier, Technology One
3.      Related Party Disclosures and reports for the Administrator Richard Pearson, General Manager Rick Hart, Directors Peter Gainsford, Michael Zimoulas, John Warbourtane, Elizabeth Richardson and all information technology managers
4.      Information about how much money is owing to Technology One in excess of the agreed contract price
5.      Information about the delay in implementing the Technology One system including but not limited to project plans, announcements and revised agreed delivery times
6.      Information about any assessments made by the new Chief Executive Officer in relation to the substantial delay in implementing the Technology One software
7.      Information about the agreement between Inner West Council and Technology One about the arrangement for Inner West Council to help Technology One to develop the property and rating system
8.      Information about the decision to continue with the not ready Property and Rating cloud solution instead of proceeding with the established non-cloud property and rating system
9.      Information about the cost of staffing this project through contracted temporary staff and consultants
10.     Information about how long it has taken to implement each part of this system from the date the Administrator authorised the contractual arrangement with Technology One without a tender
11.     Information about when the remaining parts of the Technology One system will be implemented including agreed schedules
12.     Information about any legal advice Inner West Council sought in relation to their contractual obligations with Technology One
13.     Information about the events council staff attended with Technology One before the contract was signed, including restaurants, alcohol, flights, accommodation, meals, entertainment etc
14.     Information about the number of regulatory staff that are working on the project to help Technology One develop their property and rating product

I will provide the justification you are seeking about my fee waiver request after I receive advice from the office of the Information Commissioner.

I look forward to receiving your formal GIPA information access application.

So as to assist my consideration of the merit of your request for a waiver of any processing charges associated with the formal GIPA application I would appreciate if you would, when submitting your formal GIPA application, expand further on why the nature of your request is a special benefit that is different from what is ordinary or usual. This is decision that I would not be able to make in isolation from the formal GIPA information access application request.
