Freedom of Information (FOI) request - Access Decision
On 17 September 2019, the Department of Home Affairs (the Department) received a request
for access to document under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act).
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with a decision on your request for access under the
FOI Act.

Scope of request
You have requested access to the following document:
Please let me know of the number of applicants(point wise that is number of
candidates with 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90 points) who meet following criteria.as at
10 September 2019:

Who have currently applied for 190 and 189 and 489 visa under profession
Registered Nurses ANZSCO code 2544. That is those who have filed
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST in skil select with submitted status and who are
waiting yet to get an invitation to apply for visa.

In accordance with section 17 of the FOI Act, the Department has used its computer system
to produce one document that contains information that falls within the scope of your
request. The data produced in the document existed in the possession of the Department
on 17 September 2019 when your FOI request was received.

Internal Review
