Freedom of Information (FOI) request - Access Decision
On 11 December 2019, the Department of Home Affairs (the Department) received a request for
access to a document under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act).
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with a decision on your request for access under the
FOI Act.

Scope of request
You have requested access to the following document:
Please let me know of the number of applicants (point wise that is number of
candidates with 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100 and above points) who meet following
criteria:
1. Who have got invitation through 190 (Victoria) from July 2019 visa under
profession computer network & system administrator ANZSCO code 263111, as at
11 Dec 2019.
2. Those who are not yet granted the invitation to apply for 189, & 190 (Victoria).
In other words those who are waiting to get the invitation to apply for the visa, as at
11 Dec 2019.

Document in scope of request
In accordance with section 17 of the FOI Act, the Department has used its computer system
to produce one document that contains information that falls within the scope of your
request. The data produced in the document existed in the possession of the Department
on 11 December 2019 when your FOI request was received.

The decision in relation to the document in the possession of the Department which falls
within the scope of your request is as follows:
• Release one document in full.

Internal Review

wil be carried out by an officer other than the original decision maker and the Department
must make a review decision within 30 days.
