I refer to your request for information received on 17 December 2019 by
the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (ref 1976952) under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (FOI Act) seeking:

 

Under Freedom of Information, can I please get the information about,
number of invitation sent for the invitation to apply for visa nomination
190 under skill Computer Network and System Administrator 263111 from 1
January 2019 along with the points and years of experience as at 17
December 2019.

 

It has been determined that this request would be more appropriately
released outside the FOI Act. Agencies are encouraged to release
information outside of the FOI Act in instances where applicant’s seek
information that would more easily be responded to than provision of
documents.  Informal release is also appropriate on a case by case basis
and when the information is:

 

o proposed to be released in full,
o does not contravene obligations to third parties or other agencies,
o simpler and more practical to be provided in a summary.
