Hi Chris,
 
As I think I mentioned last time we spoke, I took a question on notice from Senator Patrick at the
Senate hearing into the EI Bill that included information on ROC cases brought after the
commencement of the 2016 RO Amendment Act concerning conduct that also occurred after
the commencement of the Act. I was hoping you could take a look at the attached draft
response and check our numbers for accuracy? I’d note that the answer is yet to go through
clearance internally here and so might change a bit in structure, but will definitely be including
figures. It’s due back to the Committee on Monday so anything you could provide tomorrow
would be appreciated.
