Subject: 200222 2030 - [Andy Johnson]-[FOI requests at Defence] Freedom of Information request - All contracts awarded to McKinsey
From: Andy Johnson <xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx>
To: FOI requests at Defence <xxx.xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx.xx>

Dear Department of Defence,

I would like to request a list of all tenders awarded to consultancy McKinsey & Company in the last five years. In addition I would like to know the name and type of the tender as well as a copy of McKinsey’s tender materials for each submission.

In light of the exceptional public interest in this matter (due to McKinsey’s affiliation with corrupt government regimes and the recent corruption scandal in South Africa), which I am sure you are aware of, I request that all fees be waived.

Yours faithfully,

Andy Johnson
