Dear Dr Kellett,

Thank you for your recent request under Freedom of Information for copies of certain ESORT Minutes.

We have reviewed the Department’s website and confirm that the hyperlinks for the following dates appear to be broken: 2 August 2012, 27 March 2013, 14 May 2013 and 14 November 2013.

We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

As these documents have previously been publically available, we should be able to process your request administratively. Therefore, we ask that you withdraw your FOI request at this stage.

We will make every effort to provide you with a copy of the minutes by no later than 5 November 2020.

Should you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us via return email.

Kind regards,
