Dear Dr Kellett,

FOI ref: 38505

On 6 October you submitted a request to the Department via FOI, seeking the following:

“…copies of the minutes of the Ex-Service Organization Round Table (ESORT) for meeting dates:

* 2August 2012;

* 27 March 2013;

* 14 May 2013; and

* 14 November 2013.”

Ordinarily, these documents would be available on the Department’s website, however as you discovered, the links to these particular documents were damaged during a website migration. The hyperlinks have since been restored, ensuring that the documents are once again available to the public for access.

On 21 October 2020, direct hyperlinks to these documents were provided to you administratively, via email. As I did not receive confirmation regarding withdrawal of your FOI request, I am required to provide you with a formal Decision and Statement of Reasons in order to complete the FOI process.

Please find my Decision and Statement of Reasons attached.

I wish you all the best with your research, and if you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards,

Jess
