Thank you for allowing a re-take and I'll try to address your suggestions.

-- Consider confining your request to a specific timeframe --
Only RIF disclosures in EPC meetings held from Apr 2018 to Feb 2020 (there should only be 8 meetings with RIF disclosures within that time period) and the ad-hoc minute specified in my request.

-- Identify the program relevant to the scope of your request --
Only the incubator support initiative "new and existing incubator" grant applications

-- Clarify what kind of decisions made by EPC are relevant to your scope of request --
Only the decisions made by the committee or by department staff about declared RIF interests (approved/not approved or material/not material as the case may be with reasoning if available)
