Hi all
The attached contract with Scytl Australia is due to expire. The contract commenced on 18 March 2016 for a 3 year
period – due to expire 18 March 2019. The contract has 2 x 12 month extension options available.
Freedom
In 2016 there were changes to the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 (Cth) (Electoral Act) which changed the Senate
Ballot Papers. Scytl were originally engaged by the AEC, through a contract to develop a Senate Counting Solution to
the
conduct the count of Senate Ballot Papers. However, we have not used this contract to date as there was another
suitable arrangement used for this purpose.
With the upcoming Federal Election, can you please let me know if you wish to extend this contract for a further 12
under
months? Thanks.
Kind Regards,
s 47E(c)
