Dear s47F

Further to our phone conversation last week (Thursday), I’m writing to confirm our
request for an extension of time for providing a response to your recent correspondence
(dated 16 April 2021) regarding the Band 1 classifications and Buyouts review.

As discussed, we anticipate being able to provide a more fulsome response to the
questions in the letter by Monday, 31 May 2021.

Thank you for your consideration of our request and for indicating that the FWO is, in
principle, agreeable to the extension of time.

If you have any questions about the revised timeframe, please don’t hesitate to contact
us.

Kind regards
Cassie
