CSS ABN: 19 415 776 361 RSE: R1004649 ADF Cover ABN: 64 250 674 722 Yours sincerely, Trent Morrison-Francis -----Original Message----- Our reference: RQ22/00371 Agency reference: 22-45 Mr Trent Morrison-Francis Sent by email: [FOI #8256 email] Extension of time application by Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Dear Mr Morrison-Francis I write to advise that on 27 January 2022 the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (the OAIC) received an application from Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) for an extension of time, to process your FOI request of 7 January 2022.   APRA has applied for an extension of time under s 15AB of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Cth) because your request is considered to be voluminous and/or complex.   APRA has advised the OAIC that: o the applicant has requested documents for all schemes that Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation manage o APRA has advised that this is a very broad search, and it will take time to compile these documents. APRA has identified the relevant staff to work with to determine if it holds any documents relevant to the request, and o APRA requires additional time to conduct a thorough search. APRA has requested an extension to 8 March 2022. I will take any comments you may have to make into account when deciding the application.   Please respond to this email by close of business 31 January 2022. If I do not hear from you by this date, the decision maker will make a decision on the basis of the information provided to me by the APRA.   You will be notified of the decision once the matter has been finalised.   Further information about extension of time requests may be found on our website at [1]Extensions of time.
