Date: Tue, 15 Feb 2022 07:24:14 +1100 Subject: Internal review of Freedom of Information request - Statistics of behavioural assessments in 2021 From: Lisa Pye <[FOI #8291 email]> To: FOI requests at ACT Parks And City Services Division <[ACT Parks And City Services Division request email]> Dear ACT Parks And City Services Division, I’m informed that my request for the statistics of behavioural assessments in 2021 is delayed. Could you please explain to me what the delay is? I requested 1. the number of assessments at Domestic Animal Services? 2. How many dogs passed the assessment? 3. How many dogs failed the assessment? 4. How many dogs were euthanised due to failing the assessment? 5. Did DAS allow a second independent assessment for the dogs that failed the initial assessment before euthanising them? 6. What were the names of the assessor’s and how many assessments did each of them do for Domestic Animal Services? By law, The authority must keep update the progress of the Freedom of Information request. It should take no longer than about a month to get a response to the request which should have been by 10th Feb. Im aware For various reasons, this timeframe can be extended but I have not been notified of an extension being required nor have I been updated with any progress of my request. Could I please have a response asap Yours faithfully, Lisa Pye -----Original Message----- Your message to [ACT Parks And City Services Division request email] couldn't be delivered. Office 365 act.gov.au Sender Action Required Blocked by mail flow rule How to Fix It An email admin at actgovernment.onmicrosoft.com has created a custom mail flow rule that blocks messages that meet certain conditions, and it appears that your message has met one or more of those conditions. * Check the text above for a custom message from the email admin that may help explain why your message was blocked and how you might be able to fix it. For example, removing prohibited words from the message or sending the message from a different email account may be sufficient to deliver your message. If you've tried and you're still not able to fix the problem, consider contacting the email admin at actgovernment.onmicrosoft.com to discuss what to do. While they're unlikely to remove or relax the rule, if you have a legitimate need to deliver your message they may offer guidance for how to do so. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- More Info for Email Admins Status code: 550 5.7.1_ETR This error occurs because an email admin at actgovernment.onmicrosoft.com has created a custom mail flow rule that has blocked the sender's message. In some cases, the sender can change the message so it no longer violates the rule. However, depending on the rule's conditions, it's possible that the only way to deliver the message is to change the rule itself, and only an email admin at actgovernment.onmicrosoft.com can do that. Although it's possible the rule is unintentionally flawed or it's stricter than the admin intended, it may be working exactly as they want it to.
