Specifically: How frequently are two or more officers allocated to one highway patrol vehicle for the purposes of performing road traffic activities across any shift; and How many highway patrol vehicles are active (on average) in the Newcastle LAC (on average) in comparison to regular response vehicles (providing counts); and What measurement does Newcastle LAC have in place to assess the proper use of government resources - does it use telematics to assess the rate of police activity while paid to protect the Newcastle LAC and how does it perform assessment of activity against key performance metrics; and How many complaints has Newcastle LAC received in the last 12 months, and what outcome was achieved (if any) from subsequent investigations; and How many officers in the Newcastle LAC have been charged with a criminal and or domestic violence offence, or is currently under investigation for allegations of misconduct?
