I refer to your email of 26 September 2022 to the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (the
Department) requesting documents under the
Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act).
The purpose of this letter is to provide you with a decision on your request for access under the
FOI Act.
Scope of request
1. Regarding the prime minister's visit to Spain, France and Ukraine starting from June 27th
2022. A list of the delegation members travel ing with the prime minister from the department
of the prime minister and the prime minister's office. And if they just went to Spain, France, or
Ukraine and the dates they travel ed. If you plan to withhold names just there titles/position.
2. Regarding the prime minister's visit to the United Kingdom in September 2022 A list of the
delegation members travelling with the prime minister from the department of the prime
minister and the prime minister's office.
3. How many hotel rooms were reserved for the delegation at the Corinthia hotel in London
4. How many vehicles were hired for the delegation in London, the make/model
please see FOI/2021/098 as how this was answered previously

Decision
In accordance with section 17 of the FOI Act the Department has prepared one (1) document that
meets the terms of your request.
I have decided to provide access in ful to the document.
Review rights
If you disagree with my decision, you may apply for an internal review or Information Commissioner
review of the decision.
Internal review
Under section 54 of the FOI Act, you may apply in writing to the Department for an internal review of
my decision. The internal review application must be made within 30 days after the date of this letter.
Where possible please attach reasons why you believe review of the decision is necessary. The internal
review wil be carried out by another officer within 30 days from the date it is received.

Information Commissioner review
Under section 54L of the FOI Act, you may apply to the Australian Information Commissioner to
review my decision. An application for review by the Information Commissioner must be made in
writing within 60 days after the date of this letter.
