Hi all
This is just a short note to follow up our discussions at team meetings about requesting that
s 47F
 undertake conflict checks before commencing work on individual files (this includes
FOI, advice and litigation matters). s 47F
 firm assists other government clients with FOI
processing, and it is possible that conflicts, or perceived conflicts, may arise in relation to
requests by particular FOI applicants.
Please record the result of any conflict check undertaken on individual Resolve files.
