Dear GS&P_MAILBOX,

Thanks for your response. In that case, I would like the DoE to report on the total number of parent-initiated contacts recorded in Oneschool at each State High School in the Metropolitan Region and the total number of complaints logged in the CCMS for each of these schools in 2021. Please also include the number of enrolments at each school in these reports.

Yours sincerely,

Good afternoon,

Thank you for your request for information about the number of parent

complaints recorded in OneSchool by each Metropolitan region State High

School (with school names listed) in the calendar year of 2021.

Please note, OneSchool is not a complaints management system. Any

correspondence with parents is entered as a record of contact on a

student’s file in OneSchool but these records relate to all correspondence

and are not specific to complaints.

The Department of Education does have a Customer Complaints Management

System (CCMS) which contains complaints data from customers, such as

parents, students and community members. This system is used by regional

and central office. Schools do not use CCMS however it may hold some of

the information you are requesting.

Can you please confirm if you would like us to consider a request for

complaints information from CCMS?

Kind regards,
