FOI Requests, Attorney-General's Department

UNCLASSIFIED

Dear Mr Flynn

Thank you for your e-mail of 17 November 2016 in which you requested the
list that identifies all of the applicable entities required to comply
with the mandatory requirements of the Protective Security Policy
Framework (PSPF).

The PSPF is a policy of the Australian Government and contains mandatory
requirements that apply to non-corporate Commonwealth entities under the
Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. The PSPF
website at [1]https://www.protectivesecurity.gov.au states that
‘[n]on-corporate Commonwealth entities are required to apply the PSPF as
it relates to their risk environment’. The website also contains
information on mandatory requirements together with guidance material.

A list of 93 non-corporate Commonwealth entities is available on the
Department of Finance’s website, together with other entities and
companies of the Commonwealth. The flipchart can be found at
[2]https://www.finance.gov.au/resource-mana... under the
link ‘flipchart of Commonwealth entities and companies.’

Yours sincerely
