Approval for Queensland’s HIV Public Health Team to access "persons" Commonwealth e-Health Record
Dear Australian Digital Health Agency,
Please provide the approval in accordance with the Commonwealth Privacy Act or My Health Records Act 2012 or My Health Records Regulation 2012 or My Health Records Rules 2016 to access the commonwealth E-health records of persons notified to the department as returning a positive HIV result in a Queensland Lab.
