What is the status of this request? When will I receive a decision?

Applied for Information Commissioner review.

According to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner e-mail, the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications made a substantive decision to give me partial access to the requested documents. The e-mail says that I have 2 weeks to choose to "withdraw the IC review application" or to "proceed with the IC review application, including submissions about the grounds on which you wish to proceed." If I do not reply the "IC review application may be finalised by a delegate of the Information Commissioner under s 54W(a)(ii)"

I choose to withdraw the IC review application.

I got an e-mail from Office of the Australian Information Commissioner saying Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications notified Office of the Australian Information Commissioner it had made a substantive decision to give me partial access to the requested document.
