Dear Department of Education and Communities NSW,

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

I’m inquiring about the issue of bullying within NSW specifically in schools and children under the age of 18, I would like to inquire about the following information.

1: Percentage of cases reported to police about severe bullying in NSW schools within the last 12 months that were actually followed up, and some measure of action taken.

2: Percentage of cases reported to the police about severe bullying in NSW schools within the last 12 months that were not followed up and no action was taken.
