Dear Blacktown City Council,

I write as the strata managing agent of SP45663, 81 Lalor Road. The owners corporation of this strata plan are looking into the original approval for this site and would like to access the certificate of currency.

They also request access to any documents relating to preparation of the site, nature of the soil, foundations, building-related correspondence, data relating to frequency,council inspections throughout the entire building process of the whole complex, and, copies of the Council sign off.

Can you provide this information or advise how it can be accessed.

I have classified this request as "refused" for two reasons. The first reason is the GIP Act of the state of New South Wales requires an applicant to pay a fee before the request is valid. The second reason is the application would in any case be deemed to have been refused under s 63 (Deemed refusal if application not decided within time).
