Certification issued under s 21 of the APSC Directions 2016

The request was partially successful.

Dear Australian Public Service Commission,

This is a request for documents under the FOI Act 1982. Please provide access to documents by attaching the documents to a return email.

Kerryn Vine-Camp was a First Assistant Commissioner at the APSC for some time, and between 1 July 2018 and 31 October 2018.

I would like access to certificates Kerryn Vine-Camp signed and dated between 1 July 2018 and 31 October 2018 pursuant to s 21 of the Australian Public Service Commissioner’s Directions 2016 while she served as a representative of the Commissioner in SES selection processes.

If, for some reason, the certificates have not been maintained, please grant access to correspondence (email or otherwise), notes, diary entries etc that record the SES selection processes Ms Vine-Camp participated in (including any relevant Public Service Gazette vacancy numbers) so that I can direct the request for certificates issued under s 21 of the Directions to the relevant agency.

Also, please provide access to any administrative or operational documents, active at any time between 1 July 2018 to the date of this request, that set out how staff in the APSC are to maintain records so as to comply with the Archives Act 1983 (Cth) and relevant Administrative Functions Disposal Authorities.

Yours faithfully,

Marek

Dear Australian Public Service Commission,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Australian Public Service Commission's handling of my FOI request 'Certification issued under s 21 of the APSC Directions 2016'.

Why is there no certification for the National Judicial Registrar and District Registrar QLD vacancy in the Federal Court? And what about the certification for the National Judicial Registrar and District Registrar WA vacancy in the Federal Court? Kerryn Vine Camp was the Public Service Commissioner's representative for those SES1 selection processes. Search again.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

Marek

Dear APSC,

Are you saying that Kerryn Vine Camp's certifications were not provided to you by the Federal Court during Kate McMullan's PID investigation? The selection reports for the National Judicial Registrar and District Registrar vacancies for QLD and WA were provided - https://www.righttoknow.org.au/request/s...

$100 says Kerryn Vine Camp's certifications were also provided. You have provided the selection reports for the SES1 positions. You should provide the certifications as well.

Yours sincerely,

Marek

The document has been provided by the Federal Court.
