Complaints and complement numbers 2021-2022

We're waiting for Alan ASHMORE to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Department of Veterans' Affairs,

As DVA changed the way they report their complaints and complements in their Annual Report I am seeking the total number of complaints and complements for the 2021-2022. financial year.

I ask that numbers for that financial year be listed out on a month by month basis.

Yours faithfully,

Alan ASHMORE

Dear Department of Veterans' Affairs,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Veterans' Affairs's handling of my FOI request 'Complaints and complement numbers 2021-2022'. LEX 53969

Firstly, thank you for the information I requested and received for the number of complaints in 2021-2022.

As you will observe from the same FOI request I also asked for the same information for COMPLEMENTS, and note you have only fulfilled one part of my FOI request and my request for the number of complements, by month, for 2021-2022 remains outstanding.

I ask that you quickly rectify this matter and I look forward to quickly receiving the balance of my FOI request..

Yours faithfully,

Alan ASHMORE
