Julia Dehm made this Freedom of Information request to Department of Home Affairs

This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

The request was refused by Department of Home Affairs.

Dear Department of Immigration and Citizenship,

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act I request the following documents:

(1) contracts between the Department and Toll Holdings for logical supports for the management of asylum seekers, related but not limited to, transport of people, transport of equipment and communications.

Yours faithfully,

Julia Dehm

The description, date and value of these contracts (and any other government contract) can be seen here https://www.tenders.gov.au/?event=public...
FYI the total value of the seventy or so contracts is $25,987,604.21

It's likely that all together the contracts that relate to your request would be hundreds of pages (and be rejected as too big). Perhaps when asked to narrow your request, pick one contract from that list and ask for just that one? eg CN1555441 "Building construction & suppport & maintenance & repair services Nauru" https://www.tenders.gov.au/?event=public...
