Dear Wellington Shire Council,
Please provide evidence, justification, correspondence and requests for the reduction of the speed limit from 100km/h to 60km/h from Lake Reeve causeway to Golden Beach village.
Please provide approved plans for the location of the 60km/h signs.
Please provide evidence of action taken against the local wildlife shelter operators who exacerbate the road kill rates by releasing kangaroos into the township area if that is the justification.

I am in receipt of your Freedom of Information request received via email
from Right to Know software on 1 September 2016.

Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 1882 ("Act") sets out the
procedural requirements to be satisfied for a valid request for access to
documents to exist.

Section 17(2A) - A request must be accompanied by a fee of 2 fee units";
(ie., $27.90 )
Section 17(2B) - An application fee may be waived or reduced, whether or
not the fee has been paid, if the payment of the fee would cause hardship
to the applicant.

At this stage your request is not valid as it does not comply with
subsection 2.
