Dear Department of the Environment and Energy,there was no da application for this property submitted to council on the introduction of a new underground petroleum storage system even though they changed vent pipe positioning and storage tank positioning and no compliance of underground storage system inspected by council even though on the voluntary action plan submitted by
The environmental body the proponent sort it clearly states a da is required and now after 7years they intend to reopen as a bp.
