Hi James,

The Office of the Information Commissioner Queensland suggests, "You can also ask if you can access the information through one of the agency's administrative access schemes." so I'd reply and ask them that in the first place.

Dear Secretariat,

Regarding my request, can you access the information through one of the agency's administrative access schemes?

Yours sincerely,
James Brooke

Dear Mr Brooke,

Thank you for your e-mail.

The University’s Administrative Access Scheme is generally only used to
respond to requests for copies of documents that contain personal
information when the requester is the individual concerned or for
information that is already readily accessible and not exempt.

The information you requested on 14 November is not personal information
nor is it readily accessible and your request would need to be referred to
the College of Medicine and Dentistry for a response. The information
would then need to be assessed against the exemptions in the Act.

That being the case I’m afraid you will need to make a request under the
terms of the Right to Information Act and pay the relevant access fee.

Regards,
