Dear Transport for NSW,

Please could you send through any email communication between John Boyd Developers and TNSW, regarding a future increase in public transport in the Rockdale area (north of the M5 & Barton Park) where there is a planned development of 5000 houses.

If possible, please treat this as an administrative/informal request. Otherwise please proceed with my request as a formal information request under the FOI Act.

To do this, you can lodge an Access Application under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (GIPA Act) http://www.transport.nsw.gov.au/about/ac....

There is an application fee of $30, which you can pay by credit card, cheque or money order. Alternatively, you can make the payment at your local Motor Registry or Service NSW office, should you wish to lodge the application.
