We have record of a Torrens Title subdivision to create 24 residential
lots, demolition of existing structures and bulk earth works – DA-13-1383-
approved 30 January 2014. Compliance certificate was issued on 16 February
2015.
If you would like searches of the archives to be carried out regarding the
demolished structures, then a search and processing fee of $52 will be
payable as nothing is apparent on the electronic database.
