I refer to your email dated 2 March 2016 10:18 PM in which you request
(your ‘FOI Request’) access under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the
‘FOI Act’) access to information about EasyCount Senate – Defects/Bugs.

I have taken your FOI Request to specifically seek access to:

IVV bugs as at 07082012.xlsx.

We received your request on 2 March 2016 and the 30 day statutory period
for processing your request commenced from the day after that date. You
should therefore expect a decision from us by 2 April 2016. The period of
