My name is Adam CARRIGG, I am a Volunteer member of the Australian Volunteer CoastGuard located at Flotilla VF04 Hastings Victoria,

I request coppies of documents, Emails, Contemporaneous notes or other recorded converstaions compiled Between February 2023 to date, where I have been named or inclusive in such conversation between the EMV Manager of Marine Search and Rescue, B. PENROSE and senior members of the Australian Volunteer Coastguard, namely but not limited to:

I further request copies of Reports compiled by AVCG Richard CONWAY early 2024 and Ian GRAHAM along with the Victoria Squadron Executive Board in mid 2024 related to my activities in identifying significant risk matters and alledged allegations of misconduct (not limited to) by myself and others.

The FOI Act provides for a response within 30 calendar days of receipt of
a valid request. It also provides for an extension of time of 15 days,
when mandatory consultation is required with other agencies or third
parties (section 21(2)(a)).

 

As mandatory consultation is being conducted in relation to your request,
the response is now due on 1 July 2024.
