Dear Ms Stinson & Department of Defence FoI Officers,

I wish to request a digital copy (scan) of the 1976 Australian Atomic Energy Commission and Department of Defence joint publication "Environmental considerations of visits of nuclear powered warships to Australia".

A copy of the document was held in the ANSTO library, but following a previous Freedom of Infomation request lodged with that agency, their copy was unable to be located.

I understand that this document is held in some other repositories in Australia, some of which appear to be publicly accessible, but no copies exist in my home state of South Australia.

I would be happy to receive a digital copy of this document under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 or administratively should you be able to provide it. Once digitised, I would also like to suggest that the DoD might offer a copy to ANSTO (the successor of the AAEC) in order to replace their lost copy.
