Could you please provide the following workload information for
Environmental Health covering the latest possible annual reporting period:

Number of Mobile Food businesses

Number of Temporary Food businesses

Number of Single Incident Investigations conducted

*NOTE - NSWFA have advised to obtain this information from Council (refer

Number of Skin Penetration businesses - Nil

installations??

Number of Onsite Wastewater inspections conducted – Do you mean Section 68
inspection of septic tanks??

Number of Sewer overflows investigated - 1

Number of Water Quality monitoring samples – Nil to my knowledge, however
I can make some inquiries with our Engineers.

Number of Pool Water samples –  Each shire council pool does their own
pool inspection, are far as I am aware they do not keep statistic on the
number of samples kept, as the pool have only just opened, I can make a
request for you & get back.

Number of Cooling Tower inspections/assessments – Nil , there is only 1

conducted – Nil

Yours faithfully,

Sean La Fontaine

Dear Sean,

Please refer to Cabonne Food Activity Report that has been submitted to
the Food Authority for the last Financial Year, this should cover most of
you  inquiry in relation to this matter.

As for the other matters, I refer you to our recent Regional State of
Environment Report which will cover the majority of questions in relation
to the other matters.

Please note that Cabonne Shire Council covers approximately 6000 sq. Kms,
however we are a relatively small regional council with a  population of
approximately 14,000 people.

As such, unlike our larger City Council cousins, we may not have specific
details or statistics on some of the type of information you are
requesting due to our resources covering such a large area.

Hope this is of assistance.

Regards
