I write in relation to the information contained within the email sent to
Leeton Shire Council on 27 September, 2018. Could you please advise
whether this request was to be considered as a formal GIPA request and, if
so, complete the relevant form which can be found at Council’s website
below:

Please be advised that a preliminary assessment of the requested
information would indicate that there may be an associated processing
charge which is calculated at an hourly rate as per Council’s adopted Fees
and Charges (Page 18).

 

I await further instruction and submission of the appropriate application
