Dear Treasurer,

I refer to an article in the Australian Financial Review dated 26 August 2016 in which it was stated that the Treasurer had expanded the terms of reference to an inquiry being conducted by Professor Ian Ramsey of the University of Melbourne to include a "recommended model for a banking tribunal".

The document I seek is a copy of any correspondence dated on or around 25 August 2016 from the Treasurer to Professor Ramsey expanding the terms of reference to an inquiry that was established in May 2016 by the then Assistant Treasurer, the Hon Kelly O'Dwyer MP

Yours faithfully,

Phillip Sweeney
