I have search the website however the data available appears to omit this information. I am not requesting any specific identifying information in this request.

GIPA-DFSI,

Hi Tom

Thank you for your email requesting information from Revenue NSW.

I have been in contact with Revenue to discuss your request. I have been asked to clarify a couple of things if that would be ok with you. Please see below:

Is the data your requesting just for the suburb of Botany or the wider Botany (now Bayside) Local Government Area? And

If you wouldn't mind clarifying the type(s) of offences. You mention parking, speeding etc. It is the "etc" part of your request that we would need specific clarification? As you may appreciate Revenue handle a large amount of penalty notices.

Thank you for your time in clarifying and I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards
Ben

Dear Ben,

Thanks for emailing this documentation over.

Is it possible this can be sent over as an Excel sheet as in my original request I noted that I needed the times the fines occurred?

I see in the PDF there is an option to filter via times (i.e. month. hour of the day), however as it's a PDF the filtering option isn't available to me. This function is integral as it will work provide the necessary insight towards the presentation I am putting forward to the local council.

Your assistance is greatly appreciated,

Tom Smith
