I refer to your email dated 2 November 2016. The Australian Competition
Tribunal does not have any current FOI delegations. Nor has it issued any
related directions in respect of FOI.
Pursuant to r 4 of the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions)
Regulations 1982 (Cth), I am the "principal officer" of the Tribunal for
the purposes of ss 10A and 23 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982
